Yes. We offer a local program whereby you can enjoy our clubs on a local basis. Simply follow the same ordering process you would if you were travelling and your clubs will be delivered directly to the location of your choice.
Just how ‘new’ are easyclubrental clubs?
Very new. Our extensive inventory consists of the latest Wilson clubs so you are guaranteed to receive the best quality rental clubs available anywhere. How can I confirm that my clubs have been booked and will arrive at the location selected and by the day needed?
Great question. At Easyclubrental, we have included every possible step to make sure that the clubs you want arrive by the time you need them. To begin, immediately after completing your order, you will receive a confirmation of such noting all pertinent details of the reservation. Then, at three days prior to your trip, you will receive another check-in from us just to confirm the details and to make sure there have not been any last minute changes. Lastly, once your booking is confirmed, we forward confirmation verification to you.
Are there delivery costs in addition to the club rental fee?
Delivery and drop off at Malaga airport is free. Delivery and drop between 22:00 and 08:00 will be charged at 20 euros per service.
What type of locations can Easyclubrental clubs be delivered to? Is it possible to deliver to my residence?
Currently, Easyclubrental clubs can be delivered to any golf course, hotel, private residence airport train station.
When does the rental period begin and when does it end?
The rental period begins the day the clubs are received at the requested destination (i.e. golf course, hotel) and concludes the day which is stated on the booking form.
What happens if the rental clubs do not arrive when scheduled?
On the off chance that the clubs do not arrive when scheduled, a Easyclubrental representative will personally courier replacement clubs to the location of your choice; you’ll have your Easyclubrental clubs ready to play before you know it!
What happens if I lose or damage Easyclubrental clubs?
If rental clubs are damaged please contact Easyclubrental customer support at +34 666656111. The Easyclubrental agent will assist you will complete necessary paperwork and proper documentation to receive replacement clubs. In the event clubs are lost or perhaps stolen, our agent will contact local law enforcement and work to get you a replacement set to continue play ASAP.
Can I cancel my order?
Most definitely. We understand that golf plans may change so offer our customers the flexibility to cancel when necessary. Simply cal or email Easyclubrental customer support 48 hours prior to the rental date and we can take it from there.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged on arrival, you are also welcome to pay in cash, in addition to the cost of the rental we block a deposit of 200 euros on the credit card.
